Stop applying to jobs. Start approving them.
Connect Gmail, upload your resume, say what you want. AutoApply finds matching jobs every day, scores each one against your profile, tailors an ATS-safe resume, finds the hiring contact and writes a personal email. You review it, tap approve — it sends from your own Gmail, at a human pace.

Automation that doesn't smell like automation
Most job-apply tools blast identical resumes from a robot mailbox. AutoApply was designed backwards from one question: would a recruiter believe a human sent this?
You stay in control
Human-in-the-loop by design. The agent does the grinding — discovery, scoring, tailoring, drafting — but a human approves before anything is sent. Full autonomy is opt-in, on top tiers, and still capped.
It applies while you sleep
Opt into autonomous mode on Pro or Power and the agent runs the whole loop unattended — discover, score, tailor, find the contact, send. High-scoring matches go out overnight from your own Gmail while you're asleep; you wake up to replies instead of a to-do list. Still capped, still throttled, still gated on email confidence — and one switch turns it back to approve-first.
It feels human, because it is you
Emails send from your real Gmail address, threaded in your inbox, in your voice, at irregular human intervals. Recruiters reply to you — not to a mailbox at a SaaS domain.
Truthful by construction
Resume tailoring can reorder and emphasize — it is hard-blocked from fabricating experience, skills, dates or employers. What lands on a recruiter's desk is your real story, optimally told.
Your accounts stay safe
We never ask for your LinkedIn password or cookies. Discovery runs on our infrastructure, so there's no account-ban risk — and your Gmail volume is deliberately kept low and high-quality.
Everything between “I want this job” and “sent”
The full pipeline — discovery, scoring, resume tailoring, contact finding, drafting, sending, tracking — in one agent.
Daily job discovery
Wake up to fresh matches from LinkedIn jobs, hiring posts, Indeed and curated ATS boards — deduplicated so the same role never haunts you twice.
Fit scores you can trust
Semantic embeddings + keyword coverage + an LLM judgment, blended into one 0–100 score with a written reason — so you know why it's a match before you look.
ATS-safe resume tailoring
The agent reorders and surfaces what's already true about you against each job description. It never invents experience, skills, dates or employers. Single-column, parseable PDF.
Recruiter email discovery
Finds the right person to write to, with a confidence score attached. Low-confidence addresses are flagged, never silently sent to.
Emails in your voice
Short, specific notes referencing the exact role and one concrete reason you fit — written from your saved instructions, not a template.
Your Gmail, protected
Conservative daily caps that warm up over time, randomized gaps between sends, and working-hours awareness — your sender reputation stays clean.
Resume variant library
Store up to 5 tailored variants (e.g. "Frontend", "Data"). The agent reuses the best fit as-is and only tailors when it has to.
Full-funnel analytics
Discovered → scored → approved → sent → replied. Every stage tracked, with deliverability and quota views.
Autonomous mode (Pro+)
Trust it? Let high-scoring matches flow straight through prepare and send — still capped, throttled and confidence-gated.
Five stages. Two are yours.
The agent handles the grind; you make the calls. Approving and the final OK are the only human steps — by design.
Discoverautomatic
Every day (or on demand) the agent scans LinkedIn jobs, hiring posts, Indeed and curated ATS boards for roles that match your targets — no LinkedIn login or cookies ever needed.
Scoreautomatic
Each job gets a 0–100 fit score blending semantic similarity, keyword coverage and an LLM judgment — with a one-line rationale and your matched vs. missing keywords.
You approveyour call
Matches land in your review queue ranked by fit. You approve the ones you want — one at a time or in bulk. Nothing happens without you.
Prepareautomatic
For each approved job the agent picks your best resume variant, keyword-tailors it if needed, renders an ATS-safe PDF, finds the recruiter's email and drafts a personal note in your voice.
Send & trackyour call
After your final OK, a throttled queue sends from your own Gmail with human pacing — then delivery and replies show up on your dashboard.

The questions everyone asks
Deliverability, control, honesty — the stuff that actually matters.
Will recruiters know an AI sent my application?
The email comes from your real Gmail address, written in your voice from your own instructions, referencing the specific role and why you fit. There's no bulk-mail formatting and no template smell — identical bodies are actually blocked. It reads like you wrote it, because functionally you did: you set the voice and you approve every send.
Does anything ever send without my approval?
No — not on Free or Starter, ever. The agent prepares everything, then waits for your explicit OK. On Pro and Power you can opt into autonomous mode for high-scoring matches, and even then sends stay capped, throttled and gated on email-confidence.
Will this get my Gmail flagged as spam?
Protecting your Gmail reputation is a core design goal. Sending starts at a conservative daily cap and warms up gradually, gaps between emails are randomized, sends respect working hours in your timezone, and every email is genuinely personalized. Low volume + high quality is the whole strategy.
Do you need my LinkedIn password?
Never. Job discovery runs entirely on our infrastructure with no user credentials or cookies involved, so there is zero risk to your LinkedIn account.
Can the AI make up things on my resume?
No. Tailoring is restricted to reordering and surfacing what your profile already contains — matching the job description's keywords with your real experience. Fabricating skills, employers, dates or experience is explicitly blocked.
What happens when no recruiter email can be found?
The application is marked "no contact found" instead of being sent to a guess. Discovered addresses carry a confidence score, and low-confidence ones are flagged for you to confirm first.
How does the fit score work?
Three signals are blended: semantic similarity between the job description and your profile (embeddings), keyword coverage of the JD's must-haves against your resume, and a language-model judgment. You get a 0–100 score plus a one-line explanation and the matched/missing keywords.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month through Razorpay and you can cancel from the billing page anytime — you keep access until the end of the paid period. Your data stays yours and can be deleted on request.
Your next role won't apply for itself.
But your agent will — the moment you approve. Set up takes five minutes: connect Gmail, upload a resume, pick your targets.
