Terms of Service

1. The service

AutoApply is an AI-assisted job-application tool. It discovers job listings, scores them against your profile, tailors your resume, finds hiring contacts, drafts application emails, and — after your approval — sends them from your connected Gmail account and tracks the results.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• One account per person; accounts are not transferable.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use AutoApply only to apply for employment opportunities for yourself. You must not:

• Use the service to send unsolicited commercial email, marketing, or any content unrelated to your own job applications.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or experience in your profile or resumes.
• Attempt to bypass sending caps, throttling, or quota enforcement.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or provide the service to third parties.
• Use the service in violation of applicable law, including anti-spam and data-protection law in your region.

4. Your content and responsibility for sends

You retain all rights to your resumes, profile and instructions. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the service. Every email sent through AutoApply is sent on your behalf, from your account, with your approval (or under an autonomous-mode configuration you explicitly enabled). You are the sender of record and responsible for the content of your applications.

5. AI-generated content

Fit scores, tailored resumes and drafted emails are generated by AI and may contain errors. Resume tailoring is constrained to reorder and emphasize your real experience, but you are responsible for reviewing every document and email before it is sent. AutoApply does not guarantee interviews, replies, or employment outcomes.

6. Third-party services

The service depends on third parties (Google/Gmail, job-listing sources, payment processing). Their availability is outside our control; job sources in particular may change or become unavailable, and we may substitute equivalent sources.

7. Plans, billing & refunds

• Paid plans are billed monthly in INR through Razorpay at the price shown at checkout.
• Quotas (jobs scanned, applications sent) reset each billing month and don't roll over.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to provide the service.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — especially any use that looks like spam, harms recipients, or endangers deliverability infrastructure. You may delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for data deletion).

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities or effects on your email account's reputation.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
